We bring you warm greetings from Kochi, the commercial capital of Kerala-the God’s Own Country. On behalf of the ISA National and ISA Kerala State Chapter, ISA Cochin City Branch is glad to invite all of you to South Asian Conference of Anaesthesia - SAARC AA 2022. We consider it a great honour and will try to make it a memorable experience.

The theme of the Congress is Anaesthesiologist...the ideal perioperative physician. The focus of the academic sessions of the CME will be troubleshooting of day to day problems faced by anaesthesiologists in perioperative and intensive care of patients. Academic sessions are thematic in format. There will be special themes for practicing anaesthesiologists as well as for the postgraduate students.

We are planning an array of workshops to be conducted at the conference venue as well as in a few hospitals in Kochi. A host of well known International and National faculty have agreed to be part of the conference, including the CME and the workshops. We hope you will enjoy the interactive academic feast that will unfold.

The concept of "Green Earth" will be implemented throughout the conference with the aim of making this Congress a carbon neutral or a carbon negative event and this will give you a complete technology driven, paperless conference experience.

Kochi, the Queen of the Arabian Sea, is the commercial and technology hub of Kerala. The vast city of Kochi with its cultural diversity has a selection of shopping malls and restaurants offering you and your family wide avenues to take time off from the din and bustle of the conference.
